SOM is hiring a Structural Engineering Design Leader for its London Studio to lead structural engineering design, analysis, and coordination from concept through delivery, champion constructability and performance, resolve complex challenges, and mentor the next generation of talent. The role requires a structural engineer with at least 10 years of experience leading complex projects across major building materials, along with knowledge of structural systems, software, UK and international building codes, and strong communication and leadership skills. The position is based in London and involves collaboration across SOM’s global engineering practice.
