Description
The Senior Structure Design Engineer will prepare preliminary designs and provide structural engineering and land surveying management expertise for steel upgrade projects. The role performs hands-on structural analyses of offshore structures, especially jack-up rigs, including hull local and global strength and fatigue analyses; creates workshop drawings; conducts rig surveys and assessments; and ensures compliance with industry practices and class rules such as ABS and DNV. A civil engineering bachelor's degree specializing in steel structures, a steel-structures graduation project, at least five years of relevant experience, and proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD are required.
