The role involves technical project delivery, multidisciplinary design coordination, management of engineers and technicians, client and stakeholder engagement, compliance with health and safety and quality standards, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a civil or structural engineering degree, chartered engineer status or progress toward it, structural design and analysis experience, leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with industry-standard structural software.
