AFRY is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer to work on diverse structural projects across materials, supporting design, calculations, 3D modeling, coordination, and quality control. The role includes mentoring junior designers, preparing Eurocode- and Finnish-standard-compliant calculations, reviewing drawings and models, and coordinating with Finnish clients and contractors. Candidates need a master’s degree or equivalent in structural engineering, fluent English, more than 10 years of structural design experience, Nordic-country project experience, and proficiency with RFEM, Tekla Structures, and AutoCAD.
