AME Design Group is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer in Downers Grove, Illinois, to guide the full structural scope and lead structural system design for design/build projects across industrial, self-storage, controlled-environment, entertainment, multifamily, and other facility types. The role includes structural analysis, detailing, client and contractor coordination, value engineering, project budgeting and scheduling, and participation in automated design and fabrication modeling. Candidates should have 5–15 years of increasing-complexity design experience, a civil, architectural, or structural engineering degree, and expertise with structural engineering software; Revit is required, while PE/SE licensure and additional design specialties are preferred.
