Senior Structural Engineer role in BAE Systems’ Maritime Sector in Barrow-in-Furness supporting submarine build activities within the Production Engineering Department. The position involves complex structural analysis and design, compliance with Eurocodes, British Standards and LOLER, use of FEA/CAD, and support for manufacturing, assembly, lifting, handling, shipping alignment, installation, and technical deliverables for safety-critical systems. Hybrid and flexible working are available, relocation support may be offered subject to eligibility, and the role is subject to UK security and export control restrictions.
