BakerHicks is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural design packages and key design elements on small to major multidisciplinary projects, producing and reviewing calculations, models, drawings, and specifications while applying UK design codes and structural analysis software. The role is based in Warwick or Bristol and involves mentoring junior engineers, supporting tenders and fee proposals, and working within integrated project teams with BIM, Navisworks, CDM, and security clearance requirements.
