BakerHicks is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural design packages for small–medium projects and own key design elements in major multidisciplinary schemes. The role covers structural calculations, models, drawings, specifications, analysis, project progress, tender and technical-scope support, buildability and sustainability improvements, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates must be chartered structural engineers with strong experience across steel, concrete, timber, masonry, foundations, assessments, and refurbishment, along with multidisciplinary project experience and proficiency in structural design software and BIM workflows.
