Bennett & Pless is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural engineering design and delivery across a wide range of projects in its Loudoun, Virginia office. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, coordinates with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams, prepares construction documents, reviews shop drawings and RFIs, performs quality assurance and quality control, and mentors junior engineers. The position may also serve as Project Manager or Engineer of Record and offers a path toward Engineering Supervisor. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, an active Professional Engineer license, at least 10 years of structural engineering experience, people-management and project-management experience, and familiarity with structural design software.
