Bennett & Pless is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer in Nashville, Tennessee to lead the design and analysis of structural elements and systems across manufacturing, distribution, data centers, commercial, historical, adaptive reuse, and renovation projects. The role oversees calculations, construction documents, shop drawings, site reviews, RFIs, QA/QC, and coordination across disciplines, while mentoring and developing junior and mid-level engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, an active Professional Engineer license, at least 10 years of structural engineering experience, people-management and project-management experience, and familiarity with structural design software.
