Description
The Senior Civil Infrastructure Structural Engineer sets the structural direction for complex bridges, tunnels, locks, quay walls, and underpasses from the exploration phase through design, assessment, and construction. The role leads structural teams, reviews nonlinear and finite element analyses, performs concrete, prestressed concrete, and steel calculations, and acts as the technical point of contact for clients and project partners. Candidates need a higher professional or university degree in civil, structural, or comparable engineering; extensive infrastructure or hydraulic engineering experience; demonstrable design responsibility; and expertise in structural mechanics, concrete or steel structures, and Eurocodes and Dutch guidelines.
