Description
DLR Group is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer based in Phoenix, Arizona. The role leads structural-system design from concept through construction for buildings across multiple sectors, produces construction documents in Revit, manages project schedules, collaborates with architects and other engineers, reviews shop drawings and RFIs, mentors junior staff, and supports discipline operations and business development. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or architectural engineering, at least seven years of building-related structural engineering experience, a Professional Engineer license, team-leadership experience, and familiarity with structural analysis software and BIM workflows.
