HDR is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer for its Building Engineering Services group in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role leads and coordinates structural design teams through design development and contract document phases, produces and reviews calculations, drawings, specifications, and BIM coordination deliverables, provides technical guidance and mentorship, supports code compliance and quality control, coordinates with other disciplines and governing agencies, and contributes to project planning, marketing, and client relationships. The position requires a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, at least 10 years of building-design structural engineering experience, and a recognized professional engineering license.
