HDR is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the Building Engineering Services structural engineering section for the New England region. The role serves as Engineer of Record for building structural projects, leads structural design from concept through construction, performs and reviews structural analyses and calculations, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, supports construction administration, client relationships, proposals, staffing, recruiting, and mentoring. Candidates need a civil, structural, or architectural engineering degree, a professional engineering license, substantial building-design experience, proficiency with structural analysis software and BIM tools, and knowledge of major structural codes and materials.
