Description
Hyperion Robotics is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer in Espoo, Finland, for a permanent full-time hybrid role with 1–2 days working from home. The position leads structural design and analysis of 3D-printed concrete elements, including reinforcement layouts, formwork, load paths, soil-structure interactions, stability, serviceability, Eurocode compliance, calculation reports, and technical documentation. The engineer will own structural work packages across R&D and client projects, support testing and certification audits, collaborate with sales on feasibility and cost assessments, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to engineering standards. A degree in structural or civil engineering, senior-level independent experience, structural analysis software proficiency, 3D modelling skills, and strong Eurocode knowledge are required; BIM, material testing, FPC documentation, CE marking, and digital fabrication experience are advantageous.
