KFI Engineers is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer (Level IV) to lead structural design and project execution for industrial, processing, and agribusiness projects. The role serves as the discipline lead and Engineer of Record, oversees drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, quality assurance, and subcontractor coordination, and supervises and mentors engineers and designers. It also supports business development through proposals and client meetings. The position requires a civil engineering degree, at least 10 years of experience, multi-state P.E. certification or willingness to obtain it, structural analysis software experience, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
