Description
The Senior Structural Engineer performs conceptual, FEED, detailed design, analysis, calculations, reports, and structural checks for oil and gas projects. The role leads small projects, coordinates with engineering disciplines, project management, construction, procurement, vendors, and customers, and mentors junior engineers. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, 8–15 years of oil and gas experience with a major contractor or consultant, strong structural and design-code knowledge, engineering software proficiency, and the ability to work independently and supervise engineers.
