Description
WSP is hiring a senior structural engineering project lead to manage multi-year, turnkey building and infrastructure projects across design, delivery, and tender phases. The role leads project scope, programme, budgets, quality, client and stakeholder relationships, technical guidance, and the development of junior engineers. Candidates need a civil or structural engineering degree, CPENG qualification or near completion, 8–12 years of postgraduate industry experience, Australian or New Zealand commercial experience, familiarity with ETABS, RAM Concept and Microstran, and experience coaching junior engineers.
