Description
WSP is hiring a Structural Engineer to deliver structural analysis and design for power and energy projects, including high-voltage substations, renewable energy connections, utilities, industrial facilities, substation buildings, foundations, and related steel and reinforced concrete systems. The role involves interpreting project requirements, preparing calculations and design documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting tender and construction activities, managing project scope and risk, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, approximately 8+ years of relevant experience, strong structural design and documentation skills, familiarity with Australian standards, and proficiency with structural analysis software.
