AECOM is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer or Principal Structural Engineer in Madrid to lead complex structural design projects from concept through completion, coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, perform advanced structural calculations and designs, develop technical documentation and BIM-based finite element models, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires a recognized Spanish master's degree in civil engineering, at least 20 years of structural design and calculation experience, and fluency in Spanish and English.
