The role involves reviewing compliance with project specifications, documenting deficiencies and safety hazards, verifying materials and testing results, maintaining inspection records, conducting follow-up inspections, and communicating findings to contractors, engineers, and clients. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, four years of experience or equivalent education, U.S. citizenship, a valid driver's license, outdoor fieldwork, and occasional work at heights; relocation assistance and U.S. employment authorization sponsorship are not available.
