The role involves inspecting and surveying infrastructure, conducting site investigations, diagnosing structural and durability issues, developing remediation and asset-management strategies, contributing to durability assessments and concrete mix designs, supporting business development, and managing materials-technology projects. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in structural or civil engineering, more than three years of post-graduation and industry experience, and knowledge of durability design, condition assessments, and materials technologies; bridge inspection experience is preferred. The position is full-time and supports graduate engineers and technical directors.
