Description
The Senior Structural Simulation Engineer will own the full lifecycle of structural simulations for auxiliary systems and turbomachinery in the oil and gas sector, including expanders, centrifugal compressors, baseplates, control units, and complete auxiliary systems. The role involves advanced finite element analysis, boundary-condition definition, linear and nonlinear, contact, large-deformation, modal, and harmonic analyses, result interpretation, workflow automation, and validation. Mandatory technical requirements include ANSYS Workbench and APDL expertise, structural mechanics, nonlinear and contact mechanics, and at least 12 years of experience; oil and gas or power and energy experience, CAD familiarity, and Python simulation skills are additional advantages.
