BKF Engineers is hiring a senior construction engineering and contract administration professional to oversee bridge and structures construction projects. The role includes reviewing technical submittals, change orders, shop drawings, materials testing, surveying, RFIs, and engineering drawings; conducting field inspections; administering contracts; managing staff; monitoring contractor schedules; maintaining project records; coordinating with clients, agencies, and contractors; and supporting claims avoidance. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, California Professional Engineer registration, a California Class C driver’s license, and 7+ years of relevant bridge or structures construction contract management experience are required. The position is based in a hybrid work environment and offers an annual salary of $180,000–$230,000.
