Description
Parsons is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer to lead a team reviewing feasibility work and preliminary detailed engineering for a major rail project involving rail, at-ground structures, and stations. The role reports to the Lead Civil Design Manager, manages structural engineers and inspectors, coordinates design reviews, maintains quality and engineering standards, supports constructability and energy-performance reviews, and visits project sites. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or a related field, at least 10 years of heavy civil design and construction experience, recent team leadership experience, and familiarity with structural engineering software.
