Description
Hermeus is hiring a Senior Structures Engineer in Atlanta to lead the design, build, test, and production transition of next-generation aircraft aerostructures, including fuselage, empennage, control surfaces, and landing gear. The role covers hardware upgrades and clean-sheet designs, detailed project planning, structural analysis, test procedures, manufacturing and tooling, and mentorship of junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, hands-on hardware experience, CAD and manufacturing knowledge, and familiarity with GD&T; flight hardware, NX, NX Nastran, Ansys, AWS D17.1, and production-line experience are preferred.
