HDR is hiring a Senior Structural Project Engineer for its Building Engineering Services Business Group in the Walnut Creek or Folsom, California offices. The role leads structural design and project delivery across diverse markets, including technology, commercial, education, healthcare, water and wastewater, municipal, industrial, power, and federal projects. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, developing construction drawings and specifications, reviewing shop drawings, managing project staffing and workload, conducting design and contract document work, and supporting project management, marketing, and technical service functions. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of design experience managing civil or site design projects, professional engineering licensure, and experience in project engineering and project management.
