Ledcor is hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations for bridges and heavy civil infrastructure projects in Oshawa, Ontario. The role supervises subcontractors and trades performing deep foundations, concrete, formwork, rebar, structural steel, temporary works, and related activities; coordinates schedules, safety, quality, logistics, and field reporting; and maintains full-time on-site presence. Candidates need 15+ years of bridges and heavy civil experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role, along with strong knowledge of construction scheduling, safety, and infrastructure construction. The position offers a base pay range of $144,900 to $193,200 and occasional travel to the downtown Toronto office.
