Costello Medical is hiring a Senior Study Manager to independently manage global de novo real-world evidence studies, including ethics submissions, site feasibility, contracting, protocols, site initiation and closure visits, enrolment, risk management, budgets, compliance, and stakeholder communication. The role is based in Boston or New York, offers hybrid working, and pays $95,000–$105,000 per year. Candidates need at least two years of study management or clinical trial/study coordination experience, US clinical research experience, a scientific degree, and knowledge of RWE or clinical research methods and multi-geography regulations.
