RoukenBio is hiring a Senior Study Manager to provide scientific and operational leadership across routine, complex, and developmental customer studies. The role leads studies from initiation through completion, manages multiple customers and studies, designs study plans, interprets assay data, troubleshoots scientific issues, supports quality and compliance, mentors direct reports, and contributes to customer relationships, commercial success, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have a PhD in immunology or a related life science, or an MSc with several years of experience, along with significant customer-facing scientific study management experience. The salary is £47,544–£49,921 depending on experience, with pension, holiday, flexible working, and other benefits.
