Ericsson Canada Inc. is hiring a Senior Sub-System Design Engineer for its Product Systems & Integration organization in Ottawa, Canada. The role leads radio sub-system design across the product lifecycle, owns requirements and technical documentation, performs requirement allocation and system decomposition, analyzes trade-offs, supports early studies and product readiness, and provides technical leadership in cross-functional, multi-site teams. The position requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, several years of product development or systems engineering experience, and expertise in RF hardware, telecommunications, or embedded systems. The stated salary range is CAD 101,500 to CAD 133,350, with an annual bonus opportunity and medical and dental benefits.
