Worley is hiring a Substation Design Engineer to provide engineering support for the design of 69kV and above substation facilities for Worley and its customers. The role covers substation physical design, specifications, procurement support, engineering drawings, auxiliary power studies, grounding, lightning protection, coordination, sizing, proposals, quality assurance, client communication, site visits, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, at least 8 years of substation design experience, power system modeling and analysis experience, and knowledge of applicable standards and regulations.
