Description
LUZCO is hiring a Senior Substation Engineer to design and deliver high-voltage substation projects from concept through construction. The role leads physical and electrical design, prepares engineering and construction documents, performs voltage-drop, short-circuit, and other calculations, develops equipment specifications, supports testing and commissioning, participates in design reviews, and mentors junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, utility substation design experience, knowledge of applicable codes and standards, and the ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, and field personnel.
