Description
Mesa Associates, Inc. is hiring a Senior Substation Physical Engineer to design physical equipment and systems for high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical substations. The role requires at least eight years of physical design experience, an active Professional Engineer license, and the ability to obtain licensure in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Texas. Responsibilities include producing one-line diagrams, electrical arrangements, conduit and grounding layouts, equipment plans, elevations, and bills of material using AutoCAD or MicroStation. The position is hybrid in the Knoxville office and may require occasional overnight trips to sites in Arkansas, Southeast Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
