ESP is hiring a Senior SUE Project Manager to lead Subsurface Utility Engineering project delivery across Texas for transportation, roadway, municipal, and civil infrastructure projects. The role manages project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, client expectations, utility coordination, permitting, RULIS applications, and stakeholder relationships while supporting marketing, proposals, team training, and business development. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least eight years of relevant infrastructure project delivery experience, along with strong CADD, utility coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder communication skills.
