Skyways is hiring an Aircraft Systems Test Engineer to develop and execute subsystem test programs for aircraft hardware and integrated systems. The role covers structures, propulsion, electrical systems, avionics, instrumentation, data acquisition, automated test workflows, troubleshooting, and analysis of test data, while supporting ground testing, aircraft integration, and flight test activities. The engineer will also mentor junior test engineers and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, and flight test teams. The position requires at least five years of complex hardware testing experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, and hands-on experience with instrumentation and data acquisition.
