Description
The role leads construction-site superintendents and coordinates the planning, scheduling, budgeting, safety, quality control, compliance, and completion of construction projects. Responsibilities include supervising contractors and employees, resolving construction issues, preparing cost and progress reports, inspecting work against codes and specifications, and negotiating contract revisions. The position requires at least seven years of relevant and progressive experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role involves extensive physical work on construction sites, including walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varied weather conditions.
