The Tepa Companies is hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead onsite field operations for wastewater infrastructure rehabilitation in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. The role oversees construction personnel, subcontractors, sequencing, site logistics, safety, quality, schedules, budgets, inspections, documentation, and demobilization. Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant construction experience, including substantial wastewater treatment plant rehabilitation or ground-up construction, federal project experience, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office. The position requires onsite presence, offers a $120,000–$160,000 salary range, and includes per diem for eligible traveling employees.
