Description
Balfour Beatty is hiring a Senior Superintendent to oversee all field operations for commercial construction projects, including subcontractor coordination, safety and Zero Harm program implementation, construction supervision, project scheduling, budget development, preconstruction, project administration, close-out, and customer relations. The role also manages and mentors assistant superintendents and other field personnel. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 15 years of commercial construction field experience, at least 7 years of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management, and at least 7 years of mission-critical project experience. The stated pay range is $160,000 to $200,000.
