Description
Mortenson is hiring a Senior Superintendent I to coordinate and supervise construction activities across multiple or large, complex projects. The role manages project schedules, budgets, materials, equipment, crews, subcontractors, safety, union and open-shop issues, and relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and other site visitors. It requires extensive construction and supervisory experience, including solar or large industrial power projects, along with a current driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 100%. The position offers a base pay range of $144,000 to $216,500, with higher ranges in Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C., and includes medical, dental, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
