Description

This is a full-time Senior Supervisor position located in Taif, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating manpower for various maintenance activities, demanding aircraft spares, raising reports for anomalies, conducting PMDS downloads, completing PIPs, ensuring proper documentation, supporting QA processes, and providing guidance to assigned supervisors. The role requires extensive experience in military fast jet maintenance, particularly in Typhoon Avionics Systems, and strong managerial and coaching skills.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: HNC level or recognized equivalent or have relevant experience supported by formal, recorded workplace applied related training.
Required Previous Experiences: recognized aircraft engineering apprenticeship in industry/military or similar qualification in aircraft systems.
previous Typhoon Avionics Systems experience with a formal ‘Q’ annotation.
10 years post qualification experience of military fast jet maintenance support, at Senior Supervisor level within an operational military flying environment and proven ability to manage all levels of engineering personnel.
Proven Managerial experience within the aerospace industry preferably gained on 3rd and/or 4th Generation military aircraft at Senior Supervisor level or equivalent.
