The role advises and mentors Assistant Solicitors, drafts legal documents, conducts preliminary hearings, negotiates pleas, prosecutes assigned cases, and supervises support staff. It requires a Juris Doctorate, three years of progressively competent legal experience including supervisory experience, Georgia bar membership, a Class C driver's license, and proficiency in bench and jury trials, plea negotiations, complex legal writing, and professional communication.
