Point Broadband is hiring a Sr. Supervisor, Direct Sales to lead and develop its Residential Sales Executive team in the Panama City Beach area. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager, combines field leadership with direct sales, and is responsible for coaching, recruiting, performance management, employee relations, territory assignments, reporting, and commission administration. Approximately 60% of the time is spent in the field, with the remainder focused on strategic planning and administrative work.
