Description
ASM is hiring a Senior Supervisor, Production to lead daily semiconductor equipment manufacturing operations, manage technicians and operators, ensure safety and quality, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with engineering, planning, supply chain, and other production teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of technical production experience, and at least three years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
