HelloFresh Canada is hiring a Senior Supervisor for its Mississauga fulfillment center. The role leads production supervisors, team leads, coordinators, and associates across a Wednesday-to-Sunday shift, manages labor and production planning, oversees kitting, casing, labeling, staging, sorting, and outbound operations, and handles operational escalations and corrective actions. The position also drives safety, food safety, quality, efficiency, inventory-cost analysis, continuous improvement, training, and employee engagement. Candidates need at least five years of supply chain or warehouse experience, strong OHS and food-safety knowledge, leadership and analytical skills, and familiarity with warehouse systems; a bachelor’s or master’s degree and Lean Six Sigma certification are preferred. The posting offers CAD 75,000–85,000 annually.
