Description
The Senior Supervisor – TMart will lead end-to-end operations across 10 staff-accommodation retail stores, supervising 26 staff and managing sales performance, inventory, POS accuracy, financial reporting, vendor operations, customer service, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role also supports new store and kiosk expansion and coordinates with Procurement, Finance, HSE, and Accommodation Administration. Candidates need 5–7 years of multi-site retail operations experience, 2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant-manager role, an intermediate college qualification, and familiarity with retail systems, inventory control, POS, and UAE food-safety and compliance standards.
