Description
Lucid is hiring a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Powertrain Batteries, to lead supplier manufacturing readiness for battery systems and components from product concept through mass production. The role partners with suppliers and cross-functional teams to develop scalable manufacturing processes, lead APQP and PPAP activities, assess supplier capabilities, identify quality and manufacturing risks, and execute production qualification and launch milestones. Candidates need a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, at least four years of automotive manufacturing or supplier-industrialization experience, and hands-on battery cell, module, or pack development experience.
