The Senior Supplier Program Manager leads supplier performance, strategy, integration, risk management, recovery, and delivery execution for complex aerospace programs. The role coordinates with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and the Program Management Office; manages supplier readiness and escalation scenarios; and drives cross-functional alignment and supplier improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6–8 years of experience in supply chain, supplier management, operations, or program execution within aerospace or complex manufacturing environments. The expected Washington salary range is $120,000–$166,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
