The Supplier Component Qualification Engineer assesses and qualifies supplier components for reliability, manufacturability, and performance; partners with design, procurement, quality, and suppliers; supports new product introduction and pilot production; conducts failure analysis and root-cause analysis; manages non-conforming components; and coordinates moderately complex projects. The role is an IC4 career level with a U.S. hiring range of $102,300 to $209,500 per year and may include bonus and equity.
