Description
The Senior Supply Chain Program Manager provides strategic guidance to service segment or functional teams and leads category management activities, including category strategy, spend and market analysis, stakeholder engagement, supplier relationship and performance management, and sourcing and value-improvement opportunities. The role also oversees programs and initiatives that improve experience, delivery, quality, and cost, working with clinical and operational stakeholders and suppliers to strengthen category performance and deliver enterprise value. A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is required, while Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and project management training are preferred; the role requires 10 or more years of relevant experience.
